Several years ago I was hired by a lender who had taken back the site in foreclosure to assist in its disposition. The site consists of 114 acres of  raw land zoned residential. Within 45-days I assembled a comprehensive marketing package and conducted several site & community tours which resulted in competing bids and the successful sale exceeding the lenders/sellers expectations.
