Long Island City, Queens – Land Lease of Commercial Auto Storage

Ralph Trionfo was hired by a vendor working for the New York City Marshal to identify a suitable location for towing and redemption program expanding into Queens. I canvassed the market and found the ideal location with easy access and security in Long Island City. The site is a 60,000/SF paved lot with a garage. We negotiated a two year land lease.  The Marshal was very satisfied with the site selection and has continued to rely on Ralph for all thier Real Estate Needs.
