About This Project
New luxury mixed-use 150-unit mixed-use ground up 30-story condominium with one ground-floor retail unit. The total project cost was approximately $32 Million • As the acquisition & development manager for a private real estate firm, I sourced and negotiated the acquisition of the land and additional development rights from the adjoining properties.
We simultaneously negotiated the terms of a net-lease to Marriott for corporate use for a majority of the building and the top floors were sold off as floor-through units.
