About This Project
150-unit ground up 30-story luxury condominium hi-rise with retail. Total project cost $32 Million • As the acquisition & development manager for a private real estate firm. I sourced and negotiated the acquisition of the land and additional development rights from the adjoining properties, Total: $9,300,000. We simultaneously negotiated the terms of a net lease to Marriott for corporate use for a majority of the building and the top floors were sold off as floor through units.
