Ralph Trionfo was hired by the seller to find an experienced coop buyer. The package consisted of 12 cooperative apartments. Ralph represented the seller in the successful disposition of a package of the unsold shares. Fractured packages of coops are a special product type, typically traded within the same crowd of operators. Ralph brought in an all-cash buyer to submit a non-refundable deposit and close within 20-days.
