On behalf of a non-for profit client, I was hired to secure a tenant for surplus space within its new offices directly located on 125th street just off 5th Ave. After a target specific marketing campaign, I secured a suitable sub-tenant for a two-year sub-lease for approximately 800 Sq. Ft. The tenant had a specific requirement to be in the immediate area. The target area was critical to have access to public transportation options, culture facilities within an urban setting. After an extensive search of the available space, we selected the above location. The demand and a limited supply of modern office space in Harlem at the time resulting in the tenant realizing an additional $30,000 in unforeseen income.
