182-room full-service hotel and Conference Center. The facility boasts the largest Ballroom in Nassau County. Ralph Trionfo is the Sole broker who represented both the seller and the buyer in the first sale of the property in the last 19 years. The sellers had shifting requirements that were met with creative and relentless professionalism guided by Ralph Trionfo.
The Hotel was on the market for less than 90-days. Using a selective marketing approach we identified a qualified buyer, assisted the purchaser with pre due-diligence and delivered the seller a solid contract with a significant non-refundable deposit at contract signing. It is believed to be the highest price per room paid in its type in all of Nassau County. The buyer had to seek a variance to change the use.
