Working with a local non-profit organization based in Harlem, we acquired vacant land adjacent to a property we already owned, then proceeded to sell both sites to a developer for a profit.  On behalf of the developer, they acquired the adjoining lots to create an assemblage for the headquarters of a prominent non-for-profit children’s organization. I was then hired to secure a buyer for the site as the organization changed directions. I found the right buyer that satisfied the seller’s requirements within 90-days. The site has since been developed into new luxury condominiums in thriving Harlem, New York City.

This was a pleasure to not only help an active non-for profit that does so much for the community but also to play a hand in the area’s revitalization.
